Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING METHODS
- Delivery via Australia Post & StarTrack
- Orders under $100 incur a Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $10.00
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100
- Express Shipping Available for a Flat Rate fee of $15.00
DISPATCH
- On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our Victorian Warehouse. This email will contain a link to your tracking number.
- Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.
- Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- You can return your unworn, unwashed & unaltered items with all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
- Online orders must be returned to our warehouse & cannot be received by a third-party stockist.
- Please email or call us to notify of your return & advise if you wish to exchange or refund.
- Please include your Order No. & contact details within your parcel to help with the return process.
- We recommend you use registered mail when posting any returns as we are not liable for parcels that may get lost in transit.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us.
- Exchanged items will be sent out free of shipping charges.

REFUNDS
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
